About the event

Class Summary:

"Slow-Flow Yoga for All: Live Yoga" is a 50-minute live Zoom class that allows students of all levels to participate in yoga wherever they are. This class is structured with timed sections and plenty of adaptable poses with instructions. Students will be given visual and verbal cues during the live sessions with the support and guidance of a certified Yogi practitioner. The group chatbox allows students to freely ask questions and share ideas with the instructor and each other. The required experience or knowledge that learners should have before attending are listening and reading in English at minimum of an elementary/A2 level.

Supervision & Guidance:

Parents/Guardians of attending students under 18 are encouraged to join sessions, however supervision is not required.
